PROBLEM

The hectic workloads of the staff and the lack of a shared communication portal creates challenges to provide accurate information to families of residents in assisted living. 

For the family of an aging adult, it can be a challenging decision to move their loved one into an assisted living facility. When an aging resident is unable to communicate their general well being or medical health status due to memory and cognitive decline, families rely on the facility staff to provide accurate and timely updates.

01. Seamless on-boarding experience

Users will answer questions relating to their majors and interested. Response will be used to generate tags and customize the home page content.

PROBLEM

Families couldn't get a hold of nurses as they are too busy taking care of residents. Internal communication within the facility needs to be improved.
